This I Believe

　I believe in doing what I want to do in order to achieve my goals, no matter what others tell me to do. I live my life with an emphasis on doing what I want to do. Because of my past experiences, I strongly believe that this is important. And because I have lived my life with this in mind, I am able to enjoy my life. In this essay, I would like to talk about why I became aware of this belief and what has changed as a result.

K-Pop Rhetorical Analysis

　Twice is very popular around the world. This group is very memorable for the younger generation. Because when they were in junior high school, the song “TT” by Twice was very popular at school, and since then, whenever this group released a new song, they used to watch music videos with my friends. This song is about the song “Feel Special”. When this song was released and its music video was served, their fan was surprised. After watching it, they felt that it was different from the usual tune of Twice’s songs.

One of the reasons why relationship becomes end is that their personalities do not match each other. These days people have been focused on their personalities and they want to know their innate to understand themselves. While interacting with people, knowing others’ personalities is crucial. Due to this reason, there are many personality tests have been invented. One of them is called MBTI and it is becoming very popular worldwide.

After finishing my works

This was my first semester in the United States. Therefore, I was very nervous before the semester started. After completing this assignment, I feel that I have grown in many ways.

The first work, This I believe, made me look at my life in a new light. I had never really thought about my past, so it was great. I also felt that it was good to let others know about me so that they could understand me better.

The second work, K-Pop Rhetorical Analysis, I was able to research and discuss my favorite artist, TWICE. I used to watch music videos without much thought, but through this assignment, I began to try to understand the intention of the lyrics, the dance, and the theme. This has allowed me to deepen my understanding of artists more deeply than before.

The third work is Pseudoscience. This assignment left me a bit frustrated. This assignment left me a bit frustrated. This was group work, so we all had to work together, but I felt that my English skills were not good enough and I was not able to be of much help. At the same time, however, this frustration made me realize that I want to work on improving my English skills from now on.
